Action for damages sustained in a collision of defendant’s taxicab with plaintiff’s truck. Judgment for defendant. Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Bernard P. Baras a, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the March term, 1920.

Reversed and judgment here.
