Suit by administrator under the Injuries Act for damages for the death of plaintiff’s intestate, a child, who was struck by defendants’ street car. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. Samuel C. Stough, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1919.

Reversed and remanded.

Opinion filed October 5, 1921.
