Action for the value of property stolen from plaintiff’s room while a guest at defendant’s hotel. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Perry L. Persons, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the March term, 1920.
Affirmed.
