Garnishment against a bank on a default judgment against the judgment debtor. Intervention by the wife of the judgment debtor. Judgment for plaintiff against the garnishee and separate appeals by the garnishee and the intervener. Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Charles F. McKinley, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the March term, 1920.
Affirmed.
