Action for personal injuries received when plaintiff was struck by a motor truck operated by defendant. Verdict and judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. Joseph H. Pitch, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1920.
Affirmed.
