Action by a minor by her next friend for personal injuries consisting of the loss of fingers crushed by the wheels of defendant’s train. Verdict and judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. Osear M. Torrison, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1920. Reversed with finding of facts.
