Action for damages for breach of warranty in a contract of sale of engines. Judgment for defendant. Error to the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Harry Olson, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1920.
Reversed and remanded.
