Action for damages for personal injuries received by plaintiff when a railing, on the porch of premises of which she was the tenant and defendant the owner, gave way. Verdict and judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. Frank Johnston, Jr., Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1920.
Reversed with finding of fact.
