Action by plaintiff as assignee upon a contract by which defendant agreed to take a correspondence course in advertising and to pay for same. Judgment for defendant. Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Joseph S. LaBuy, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1920.
Affirmed.
