Assumpsit to recover an overpayment on a sale of hogs. Verdict and judgment for plaintiff, Appeal from the Circuit Court of Vermilion county; the Hon. Augustus A. Partlow, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the October term, 1920. Affirmed.
