Suit for damages sustained by the freezing of mineral water delivered to defendant for carriage. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. William H. Gemmill, Judge, presiding. Heard in this Court at the October term, 1920. Reversed with a finding of facts.
