Action to recover balance of purchase price of goods ordered and delivered. Judgment for defendant. Error to the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. John R. Caverly, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the March term, 1920.
Reversed and judgment here for $43 and costs.
