Action for injuries to passenger while alighting from street car. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. A. D. Morgan, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1919.

Affirmed on remittitur of $1,200.
