Action to recover damages for injury to shipment of lemons, by unreasonable delay, rough handling and failure to protect from Weather conditions. Judgment for plaintiff, Error to the Municipal *640Court of Chicago; the Hon. Frank H. Graham, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the October term, 1918.

Affirmed.
