Prosecution for violation of J. & A. Stat. If 10599, for failure to keep hotel register. Judgment of guilty. Error to the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Wells M. Cook, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the March term, 1919.
Reversed.
