Action to recover damages for personal injuries in collision between street car and wagon in which plaintiff was riding, Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. Hugo Pam, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term,* 1918.

Reversed with finding of fact.
