Action to recover damages for wrongfully causing an employee to be discharged Ijy presenting to his employer a false assignment of wages. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. Mazzini Slusser, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1918.
Reversed and remanded.
