Action under Dramshop Act, see. 9 (J. & A. If 4609), to recover for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff in attack by one caused by defendants to become intoxicated. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. Frank J. Johnston, Jr., Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1918.
Affirmed.
