Action by principal against' agent to recover balance due for premiums on surety bonds executed by defendant on behalf of plaintiff. Judgment for plaintiff. Error to the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Wells M. Cook, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1918.
Reversed and remanded.
