Action of mandamus to compel civil service commissioners to hold examination. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. Charles M. Walker, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the October term, 1918. Certiorari denied by Supreme Court (making opinion final).
Affirmed.
