Prosecution for violation of city ordinance relating to gambling. Judgment of guilty. Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Hosea W. Wells, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1918.

Reversed.
