Action to recover damages for wrongful death caused by being struck by automobile. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Circuit Court of Champaign county; the Hon. George A. Sentel, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the October term, 1918.

Reversed and remanded.
