Criminal prosecution on charge of being a vagabond. Judgment of guilty. Error to the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Hosea W. Wells, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1918.
Reversed and remanded.
