Action by insurer of automobile, on payment of damages thereto, to recover sum paid from party who_ inflicted the injury. Judgment for defendant. Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. John P. Haas, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1918.
Affirmed.
