Action to recover for personal injuries in collision of automobile, *630in which plaintiff was riding, with street car. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. Theodore Brentano, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the October term, 1918.
Affirmed upon remittitur; otherwise reversed and remanded.
