Action to recover damages for personal injuries while riding in a taxicab. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. Samuel C. Stough, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the October term, 1918.

Reversed and remanded.
