John J. Crawshaw, appellee, v. St. Louis Electric Terminal Railway Company, appellant.

Action to recover for damages to an automobile caused in a collision with á street car. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Circuit Court of Madison county; the Hon. J. E. Gillham, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the March term, 1918.

Affirmed.
