Prosecution on charge of being a vagabond, under Criminal Code, see. 270. Error to the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Sheridan E. Fry, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1918.
Affirmed.
