Action to recover for merchandise sold. Judgment for plaintiff for undisputed amount of claim and for defendant on set-off. Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Wells M. Cook, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the March term, 1918.
