Replevin by administrator to recover horses sold the defendant on condition of cash payment which had not been made. Judgment for defendant. Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Edmund K. Jarecki, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the October term, 1918.
Reversed and remanded.
