Action to recover amount deposited as liquidated damages to secure performance of the terms of a lease. Judgment for complainants. Error to the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. Denis E. Sullivan, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the March term, 1918.

Affirmed.
