Action by the purchaser to recover damages for noneomplianee with the contract for the sale of butter. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. John Richardson, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the March term, 1918. Certiorari denied by Supreme Court (making opinion final).
Affirmed.
