Action against the city to recover damages for negligence, contested on the ground that declaration did not sufficiently aver notice of injury. Judgment for defendant. Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. Joseph B. David, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the March term, 1918.

Reversed and remanded.
