Action by receiver to recover rent contested on ground that relation of landlord and tenant did not exist. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. Charles M. Foell, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the March term, 1918.
Affirmed.
