Bill by a minority stockholder against the corporation and the majority stockholders for an accounting and other relief on the ground of fraud. Bill dismissed for want of equity. Error to the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. Thomas G. Windes, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the March term, 1918.

Affirmed.
