Action upon a life insurance .policy, payment of which was 'contested on the ground of fraud. Judgment for plaintiff. Error to the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Edmund K. Jarecki, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the March term, 1918.
Affirmed.
