Action to recover balance due on purchase price of materials. Judgment for plaintiff against defendant Curran, and in favor of defendant Heating Company. Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Wells M. Cook, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the March term, 1918.
Reversed and remanded.
