Trespass for unlawful arrest and false imprisonment. Judgment for plaintiff for $2,000. Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. Martin M. Gridlev, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the October term, 1918.
Reversed with finding of fact.
