Certiorari. Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. M. M. Gridley, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1911.

Affirmed.

This case on the facts and the law is identical with the case of Hudson v. Owens et ah, disposed of by this court simultaneously with this case, and the judgment of the lower court in this case is affirmed for the same reasons given in the opinion in that case, to which opinion reference is made.
