Action for damages for death resulting from injuries to deceased by being run over by a tractor. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Circuit Court of Kane county; the Hon. Adam O. Cliffe, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the October term, 1920.
Affirmed.
