Action to recover for injuries to passenger by stepping into uncovered manhole when alighting from street car. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. Frank Johnston, Jr., Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the March term, 1920.

Affirmed.
