Action to recover for personal injuries by being struck by truck. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. Kickham Scanlan, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1918.

Affirmed.
