Architects and engineers, § 16 * —when evidence shows a contract to pay for architect’s drawings. In an action for compensation for the preparation of architect’s drawings, plans and specifications by the plaintiff for the defendant at the latter’s request, evidence held to show an agreement by the defendant to pay therefor and to justify a judgment for the plaintiff.
